Benedykt has over 15 years of experience in tax consulting. He began his professional career in 2008 in the tax consulting department of Deloitte.
He specializes in issues related to the restructuring of income tax burdens, with particular emphasis on tax-efficient transformations and the sale of enterprises. In addition, Benedykt supports clients in the framework of ongoing tax advisory.
He has extensive practical experience in coordinating restructuring processes (implementation of the so-called Estonian CIT, transformations, divisions and mergers of domestic companies, cross-border mergers, disposal of enterprises, etc.) taking into account the legal and tax implications of restructuring.
In the scope of transaction advisory, he participated in the structuring of private transactions, starting from the development of acquisition and restructuring concepts through the assessment of detailed tax aspects, ending with assistance in the implementation of solutions and preparation of the necessary legal and tax documentation. He also participated in the implementation of numerous tax due diligence projects for both private equity funds, international corporations and Polish family businesses.
Benedykt is also the author of numerous press publications and co-author of the book "Limited Partnership - a Practical Guide for Entrepreneurs".
