  1. The controller of personal data is Monika Kaleta, conducting business under the name Kancelaria Adwokacka Monika Kaleta, located at ul. Widok 8, 5th floor, 00-023 Warsaw, NIP: 9591991428.

  2. A User is any natural person who provides their personal data to the Controller.

  3. The Controller processes the User's personal data for contact purposes and when necessary for the conclusion or performance of a contract and to fulfill legal obligations, in accordance with Article 6(1)(b), (c), and (f) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (the “GDPR”).

  4. The User's personal data may be shared to the necessary extent with entities providing support services to the Controller, including entities providing website hosting services, accounting services, and entities cooperating with the Controller in fulfilling obligations related to any agreement entered into with the User.

  5. The conclusion and performance of a contract, handling of User requests, and responding to inquiries require the processing of personal data, including:

    • First and last name,
      b) Email address,
      c) NIP/PESEL number,
      d) Residential or business address,
      e) Provided tax, financial, and asset-related information,
      f) Telephone number,
      g) Any additional data required in specific cases, e.g., for tax or judicial-administrative proceedings,
      h) IP address.

  6. Handling the contact form requires the processing of personal data in the form of an email address. This data is used exclusively for potential contact with the User.

  7. Every individual whose personal data is processed by the Controller is entitled, subject to legally provided exceptions, to request access to their personal data, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, data portability, and the right to object.

  8. A person who has consented to data processing has the right to withdraw their consent at any time. However, this does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal of consent.

  9. Any inquiries, requests, or complaints regarding the processing of personal data by the Controller should be directed to the following email address: . The submission should include:
    a) The data of the person(s) to whom the submission pertains,
    b) The event that prompted the submission,
    c) A clear statement of requests,
    d) The desired resolution of the matter.

  10. Personal data is processed until the expiry of the limitation period for any claims related to the Controller's services.

  11. The Controller processes the User's personal data in compliance with the legal and technical requirements imposed by the generally applicable personal data protection regulations.

  12. The User's personal data, within the limits set forth in this policy and the generally applicable laws, will be kept confidential.
