Monika Kaleta is a member of the District Bar Council in Warsaw (entry number: WAW/ADW/8950) and the National Chamber of Tax Advisors (entry number: 13956).
She assists entrepreneurs in handling tax matters related to CIT, PIT, VAT and international taxation. Advises on tax implications of corporate restructuring, cross-border transactions and real estate-related transactions. Helps to identify and mitigate tax risks arising from day-to-day business operations and strategic transactions.
Her background includes also company law, which enables her to provide comprehensive tax and legal services to companies, incl. advisory on selecting the optimal structure for a business and assistance in the process of reorganization.
Monika provides services including tax consultations, evaluating contracts and planned transactions for potential tax risks, preparing applications for tax rulings, creating tax procedures and drafting legal opinions related to tax matters.
Before starting her own company, she gained experience working in consulting firms providing tax and legal services to Polish and international business entities.
She holds a law degree from the Jagiellonian University and is fluent in English (Cambridge Certificate of Proficiency).
